He really takes the time to listen and help unlike other European specialists in Perth. Their loan car was extremely tidy and smooth. First impressions really matter and safe to say I am impressed. Took my beloved Audi A1 here for the first time, after having all previous services done through the dealership. Excellent service all round! Fantastic customer service - kept me informed during the day and gave me a full run down when I picked her up. Extremely happy with service quality. Free loan car was great. Jay was extremely helpful when I called him, we booked in our Renault van to be serviced and have the brakes done. His was able to have all the works finished in just over a day meaning my self employed hubby wasn't without his van for too long.Jay made us feel welcome and important, he gave us a short tour of the garage and we met some of the team. He really went that extra length to give us a great customer experience.Without hesitation I would recommend Jay and his team, their knowledge on European vehicles is second to none - the best of the best!

After getting a long list of jobs needing to be done from another mechanic I went to Perth Swedish for a second opinion based on a recommendation. After a full assessment I was told the majority of the work was not even needed. The manager provided me a detailed explanation of what was done and what needs to be done moving forward for preventative maintenance.I found Perth Swedish to be professional, honest and affordable. They were also kind enough to give me a loan car for the day and cleaned my car, it was great to receive such good service.Strongly recommend Perth Swedish

Unfortunately I have had a terrible experience with Perth Swedish Auto Centre and would not recommend them at all. Earlier this year i took my 1991 Volvo 240 in for a few issues, the main one being that my automatic car wasn’t going into overdrive. My partner is a BMW mechanic but i felt more comfortable taking my car to a company that specialises in Volvo’s so had put a lot of trust in them. I got my car back after paying $1600 for their services and instantly knew something was off with my gears, the next day my car was completely broken. My gears were now getting stuck in first and second, so my partner drove it to his mechanic’s workshop to have a look at it himself. He found transmission oil completely covering the entire underside of the car and later deemed it undrivable. Unfortunately the small time in which the car was driven without any oil in the transmission has now caused some permanent damage. We took it back to Swedish Auto Centre giving them the benefit of the doubt and being completely understanding that everyone’s human and we all make mistakes. They then fixed up their mistakes, also charging me for the oil that they refilled which i thought was a bit silly but understood to an extent. When we got the car back for the second time it was once again not going into overdrive. So i have paid over $1700 for not only my original issue to be unresolved but also permanent damage on top of that. In their defence there was a leak they also fixed so i was more than happy to pay for that, my only issue is with the transmission repair. I asked my partner to send them an email so we could resolve all of this because he knew exactly what had gone wrong and had a bit more patience than me. After sending an incredibly long email with photo evidence explaining what had happened again being completely understanding that mistakes happen, we received no reply. We waited a couple of months before sending our next email asking them to please address this issue and work with us to resolve it. We received a rather rude email back in which they said they felt no need in responding to our first issue because the car was test driven before they gave it back to me, they then asked what the issue is and said they were happy to help us find a solution. As you can imagine it was quite frustrating for us to have to once again send another email explaining our issues with their services after our first email which had already addressed the whole thing, and once again we received no reply... A few more months passed and we got sick of waiting around so my partner fixed the car himself. We then sent ANOTHER email asking for them to please be professional and give give us a refund, and to our surprise… no reply. Another few months have now passed and we sent an email a couple of weeks ago asking if we can can please have a reply but unfortunately they are clearly not willing to take responsibility for their mistakes. I am so disappointed in how they handled all of this especially considering how patient and understanding we were through the whole thing. They have been incredibly unprofessional and have not been kind or helpful in any way. Perth Swedish Auto Centre if you see this, please stop being douchebags.

UPDATE: engine light came on after getting it fixed a few days ago, so they didn’t even fix the problem, I asked for a refund and they didn’t awnser back. Wasted $310 for them to not fix the problem.AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Bought a car from here, first the engine light come on 2 months after buying it, brought it back 5 times, they couldn’t tell me what was wrong with it untill I had to pay money for it. Got it fixed, few days later the electricals were broke, and the air bag service light was on.The car comes out worse when you get it back from them, and each time all they have to say is “it’s an old car”And can I just say they specialize in “Volvo” and my car is a Volvo and the car is brokeWont be going back here and wouldn’t recommend. And by going through the rest of the reviews a lot of people have said the same thing!!!
