I've had my car serviced by the guys at Sovereign a few times and they've always done a great job. Their customer service is great and I know I can trust them with the care of my car.

I have a 2010 BMW X3 which I bought with a few warning light issues. I was very impressed with their diagnosis and resolution, and honesty! Also, a few months later, I had another couple of warning lights come on just before setting off up north on a camping trip, and even though they were very busy & fully booked, they were sympathetic and got us on the road for the trip. Thanks :-)

I live in WA around the corner from this auto shop and am dissappointed in the level of service, availability, and work performance in regards to my landie however I also have to say it seems in line with other autoshops in Perth because they don't seem very comfortable dealing with a woman.The standout for this shop was putting a very large decal on my back window to advertise themselves without any discussion with me or seeking my permission in anyway - the decal also suggests I'm involved in some kind of membership with them which is news to me.This is a new level of disrespect for me so I will be taking my business elsewhere...and yes left a review for a business in QLD the same day because I was recently there.The fact that the business reply below indicates they do not have any record of my name or know who I am is further testimony of the kind of lack of respect or acknowledgment I receive as an independent foreign woman in Perth because although the ownership and responsibility of the vehicle is mine, I'm sure they've recorded the name of my Australian male partner instead of mine.

I have been taking my Land Rover Discovery 3, Audi S3, Prado and Fiat to this amazing business for many years now. The service is excellent and quality of work is second to none.I used to get my cars serviced by the dealerships but got sick of being ripped off and work not being up to scratch.The biggest problem getting cars serviced is finding someone who is honest and good at their job. The experts at this business give great service at a reasonable price. They don't do unnecessary work just to bump up their earnings, but they will give you a heads up if something is going to need attention in the near future so there are never any nasty surprises.I always get them to give my Discovery the once over before any long road trips to prevent any potential disasters when we are camping remote.Basically you can trust them to look after your car as if it was their own and the job will be done the right way for a fair price.If you get your European car serviced at a dealer and are sick of getting ripped off then give these guys a go.

I've been taking my new Subaru and old Audi to Sovereign for years and have always had an excellent experience. They are always flexible with pick up and drop off times, have a courtesy car if I need it and I know that I can trust the work that they do and their advice on what needs doing. I was worried that there might be problems with taking my new Subaru there instead of the dealer as it might void my new car warranty but there were no problems at all with this. Very happy with the experience overall and would definitely recommend them.

Disgrace of a place! Took my BMW X5 in for a standard service and not only did they ruin the engine almost caused me to crash due to engine not being put back together causing car to completely seize up! The owner is shocking and still made me pay for everything. The inconvenience alone which took 4 visits to well..not fix! Even after Sovereign admitted their faults still no discount or fixed properly! Since taking car elsewhere, another automotive was in shock at the state of the engine! Will be taking action! Should not be operating as a business! And will be ensuring i inform all via online and word of mouth.
