Brilliant, they sent Mark out, was very honest, professional and polite, after replacing my spark plugs, which I knew needed doing, he did find that one of my coils had gone and clearly it had as the engine was still sounding bad. He will replace it later between his other jobs! How great is that for service! His boss said they won't charge me for the second call out fee. I'm very impressed. Thank you guys
