Exceptional and convenient service at my door step. No mucking around. One easy call to Darren at blue toro mobile mechanics Joondalup and we were booked, it was that easy. The mechanic arrived on time with no fuss. He is very knowledgeable and explained what was needed to be done for my big upcoming service at 90,000 kms. So there would be no big problems to deal with and put my mind at ease, not only for reliability but also safety. I have been to a major servicing outlet to be told it would be a certain amount only to turn up and it's tripled. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending blue toro Joondalup to any of my friends, family or friends of friends or anyone for that matter. Finally an honest mechanic that cares. Very poor service I am very extremely disappointed with them don’t know much about Darryl although he didnt help to solve the issue but would never call them again, Jacob is unreliable didn’t fix the issues with my car then ignored my calls. Promised to sort it out then just disappeared. That’s the first and last time I am going to use their service

First experience with this company. Overall, the guys was good and professional. However, I was left with no diagnosis. Couldn't explain exactly what was wrong with engine over heating. For a roughly 15 mins service and without a definite diagnosis, it is an expensive service. I have to take my car to another mechanic now to get a former diagnosis.
