Had a electrical issue with my M4 had a bad miss fire was recommended GMW, called them first thing Thur morning took the car in had the car back Friday all sorted & running much better than when i bought the car. They also spent time answering all the questions i had about the car as Ive only had it 4 months. Great customer service highly recommend. Will have GMW do all my work in the future. Thanks Guys

I received a $8000 repair bill from a reputable Perth BMW dealer to repair a water leak into my car which included a full dash out Aircon Matrix replacement as I was told that was were the leak was coming from. I took the car to German Motorwerks for a second opinion, and they found an incorrectly fitted condensation drain tube which was a $30 part. If you want mechanics that can correctly diagnose faults with your BMW these are the guys to speak to.

Recently booked my car in at GMW as a first time customer due to it breaking down in a remote area. In what was a pretty stressful situation, Douglas and Leif were amazing to deal with and went above and beyond. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly and in easy to understand terms for someone who doesn't know a lot about cars. Really appreciated the great customer service I received, I've just found my new mechanic. Highly recommend!

I’ve been servicing my car at GMW since 2018 when it was just mainly Pierre and Leif running the show. GMW has never made things difficult for me whether it’s a simple request from making sure I have a courtesy car ready or explaining a mechanical term to someone who has limited knowledge in cars. I appreciate their honesty and professionalism all the time. I also respect the way Leif treats his team by ensuring they are well respected. You can tell almost immediately that GMW will be a very successful business in the long run purely because of their passion for cars and focus on customer satisfaction. Douglas John, the Service Manager, is a very welcomed addition to the team as he ensures that communication between the business and its customers are dealt with on a timely and professional manner. I wish Leif, Pierre, Douglas, Macca, Paul and Jamie a successful tenure ahead with GMW and to be honest, GMW is one main factor I stick with the BMW brand. Thank you guys.AT

Yet again, Leif, Pierre, Doug and the team provided a first rate service on my 5 series, extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They even provided a courtesy vehicle for the day, foc. And this morning they helped to diagnose the cause of a subtle vibration issue with the car. Highly recommend them….

Excellent service, professional, friendly and most importantly honestI had my grills replaced with a more favourable colour, it was completed within the hour.The guys also fixed up some dodgy work (done by the previous owner) free of charge.Highly recommended

Had my car serviced and tuned at GMW, and the guys there were excellent. The guys here are amazing!!!! I’ve had issues with my BMW for months and had a few people take a look at it with no help! One call, booked in within 12hrs and fixed within 3hrs! I have a 11month old and as any other mum would be able to resonate with taking your vehicle to get repairs is tough but these guys even helped me with my little one while putting the car seat back in the vehicle! 5STARS indeed!
