Day Auto Electrical Service

The owner used to be my neighbour so thought I would be able to trust him. Should have read the reviews before booking my car in. Paid $1000 for service and repairs (aswell as needing further repairs once parts come in) only to have my bonnet steaming a few weeks later, took it to a mates husband (he works away so I don't like to take up his time when he's home) and he tells me they've used to the wrong coolant and it will need a coolant flush again and to replace all the current coolant after having paid a few hundred dollars to have that done by Kyle. Called up to try and rectify this issue and was told it was out of there control and was nothing they could do about it. I was also cut off multiple times by the receptionist while trying to explain the issue. Avoid this place at all costs.

Feb. 2023: The dash-panel on my EB Falcon went blank a day after a battery change. RAC came, said it was a computer problem and left. Battery store denied all liabilities. Drove into Day's without a booking in mid-morning. In ten minutes l was on my way. Blown mini-fuse under the steering wheel. $36 with a new fuse and handful of mixed fuses, just in case". Excellent service

The owner was very rude to my sister, she had some questions about the service she received on the car and he snapped at her. Told her that he doesn't care if she comes back because he doesn't need the service anyways, said that she was just one client and he has plenty more" so he couldn't care about whether she comes back or not.He also slapped a sticker on her rear view mirror which she didn't ask for

Have 3 vehicle inspections done. 1 was done correctly. Has taken 12 months to complete the other 2. Had to engaged with Dept of Transport due to owner being rude unprofessional and incompetent.DO NOT TAKE YOUR VRHICLE HERE FOR INSPECTION,you have been warned.

Phoned to look at booking a vehicle in for an inspection, the person that answered was rude and unhelpful. Went around the corner to Auto-Plus and received pleasant and helpful service …

Receptionist extremely rude during multiple interactions... so unnecessary. Refused to give concession discount because invoice already processed and we 'should have showed it before' ! Unprofessional and curt. Go elsewhere if you can.
